We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning scenery. The staff were incredibly welcoming, even offering us a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a lovely terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the luxurious bathroom with its free toiletries and jacuzzi bath tub. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added an extra touch of comfort. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were great for unwinding and enjoying a drink. The staff were always attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The leisure facilities, including the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, were a great way to relax and rejuvenate. The sun terrace and sun loungers were perfect for sunbathing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi and ample free parking were also greatly appreciated.
All in all, we highly recommend this place to everyone.

Nestled among the mountains, this hotel offers a serene environment with breathtaking views. the rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering delicious meals. One can also enjoy the meals amidst stunning natural beauty on the terrace. the hotel is located near trekking paths, perfect for nature lovers who want to explore the surroundings.
The hotel lacks a few amenities commonly found in modern hotels such as new hairdryers, and some guests were unhappy that breakfast was not included in the room price.

The size of the room was impressive and the view was breathtaking. The furniture was carefully chosen to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The staff was kind and welcoming, always eager to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, only a short drive from the trekking paths and spa treatments.
The lack of breakfast included in the price was disappointing. Also, the warm beer was a letdown. The noise from the street kept us up at night, and even with closed windows, we could still hear it. The mosquitoes were a nuisance as the windows didn't have nets.

Loved the breathtaking views from the terrace, especially during sunset. the room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. the local food was a highlight - delicious and authentic. the hot springs are definitely worth a visit and offered a unique experience.
The location was a bit far from the main town center, but it was manageable for us. We struggled a bit with communication as the staff's English was limited, but they were always friendly and tried to help as much as possible.
